The 100 Golden Bass demo is Amusnet building a fisherman-collect game, and building it to a blueprint that is not its own. Three, four or five Bonus symbols award 10, 15 or 20 free spins; Wilds collect the cash values sitting on the Golden Fish; every fourth Wild adds ten more spins and steps a multiplier up. Anyone who has played a Big Bass game will recognise all three rules, because Pragmatic has published exactly that structure since 2020. What Amusnet has changed is the scale around it. The collect runs on 100 fixed paylines across four positions instead of ten lines across three, there is a base-game Mystery Collect that can hand you a collecting Wild out of nowhere, and the multiplier ladder has four rungs rather than three — 2×, 4×, 8×, 16×. At 96.41% it is one of the better-returning Amusnet games this site has measured. The odd omission is the volatility: Amusnet rates almost everything it ships, and rated the game it released on the very same day, but publishes no number for this one.

100 Golden Bass slot at a glance
More on the figures above. The 96.41% RTP, the five-reel four-position grid, the 100 fixed paylines, the Mystery Coins, Free Spins and Buy Bonus feature list, the Gamble round, the Mystery Collect behaviour in the base game, the 10, 15 and 20 Free Spins from 3, 4 and 5 Bonus symbols, the Mystery Golden Fish rule, the 80× Buy Bonus price and the 3 November 2026 release date all come from Amusnet’s own game page for this title (game ID 5377). The progression-bar detail — one character head added per Wild, 10 more Free Spins and a multiplier step on every fourth, and the 2×, 4×, 8× and 16× milestones — comes from Amusnet’s own release announcement, which states it where the game page does not. Amusnet publishes no volatility rating and no maximum win for this title, which is unusual for the studio and is discussed below rather than papered over with a third-party guess. The Big Bass comparisons are drawn from Pragmatic Play’s published description of its own games as recorded in our reviews of them.
How the game plays
One hundred fixed paylines run across five reels and four positions. The base game is conventional until the Mystery Collect fires, which Amusnet says can happen at random on any spin: a Golden Fish appears beside the reels, turns one symbol into a Wild, and that Wild collects the value of a Golden Fish on the screen and pays it out. That is a real addition to the format — in the games this mechanic is borrowed from, collecting only ever happens inside the bonus. Three, four or five Bonus symbols open the Free Spins round with 10, 15 or 20 spins. Inside it, Golden Fish symbols land carrying random values and do nothing on their own; a Wild has to arrive and sweep them up. Every Wild that appears adds a character head to a progression bar, and every fourth head awards ten more Free Spins and raises the multiplier applied to collected values. There is one more rule worth knowing: if a spin ends with a Wild on the reels but no Golden Fish and no line win, the Mystery Golden Fish feature can turn one to five symbols into Golden Fish for that Wild to collect. A Gamble round sits on wins, and Free Spins can be bought outright for 80× the total bet.
The story behind the game
Amusnet released this on 3 November 2026, the same day as 10 Lucky Wilds Hot, and the pair say something about where the studio is. One is a ten-line fruit machine with an expanding Wild and no bonus round at all; the other is a hundred-line collect game with a progression bar, a four-rung multiplier ladder and two separate mystery triggers. The fisherman-collect format itself dates to Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza in late 2020, and it has since been copied more widely than almost any other mechanic in slots — this site alone holds seventeen Big Bass and Bigger Bass reviews descended from that one game. Amusnet has come to it late. The studio’s own collect history runs through the Golden Coins Link range and the Coin Boost games of autumn 2026, both of which gather coins toward jackpot tiers rather than banking cash values with a Wild. This is the first time Amusnet has built the other kind, and it is the first fisherman game from the studio reviewed here.
Symbols and paytable
Everything below is from Amusnet’s own game page and its own release announcement, with two deliberate omissions noted at the end.
| Grid | 5 reels, 4 positions |
|---|---|
| Paylines | 100 fixed |
| RTP | 96.41% |

| Mystery Collect | random in the base game — makes a collecting Wild |
| Mystery Golden Fish | turns 1–5 symbols into Golden Fish in Free Spins |
| Buy Bonus | Free Spins for 80× total bet |
| Gamble | yes, on wins |
| Released | 3 November 2026 |
| Game ID | 5377 |
| Maximum win | not published by Amusnet |
The two omissions are the volatility rating and the maximum win, and the first is the surprising one. Amusnet publishes a volatility figure for nearly everything in its catalogue — it rated 10 Lucky Wilds Hot 2 out of 5 on the same day it shipped this — so a blank here is a departure from the studio’s own habit rather than the industry norm. No third party has filled the gap either; the game is days old. The missing ceiling is more ordinary: the Golden Fish values are described as random, with no cap published for a single symbol and no total stated for the round.
Bonus features and free spins
A collect round borrowed wholesale
Three, four or five Bonus symbols for 10, 15 or 20 Free Spins; Wilds collect the values on the fish; every fourth Wild adds ten more spins and raises a multiplier. That is, rule for rule, the structure Pragmatic publishes for Big Bass Bonanza. Amusnet has not disguised it, and the detail is documented well enough that the resemblance can be checked rather than merely asserted.
Four multiplier rungs that double: 2×, 4×, 8×, 16×
This is where Amusnet departs from the template. Big Bass Bonanza’s published ladder has three steps and ends at 10×, reached on the third retrigger — twelve Wilds inside one round. This one has four steps, doubling each time, so the 16× needs sixteen Wilds. A longer climb to a higher top, and a ladder whose shape is arithmetic rather than hand-picked.
Mystery Collect, in the base game
A Golden Fish can appear at random during normal play, turn a symbol into a Wild and have it collect a fish value immediately. The format this borrows from keeps all collecting inside the bonus, so this is a genuine addition: there is a route to a collect that does not require triggering anything. Amusnet publishes no frequency for it.
Mystery Golden Fish, with a precise trigger condition
Inside Free Spins, if a spin ends with a Wild on the reels but no Golden Fish and no line win, one to five symbols can be transformed into Golden Fish for that Wild to collect. It is a dead-spin rescue, and the condition is stated exactly — a level of specificity this studio does not usually offer.
One buy, one price
Free Spins for 80× the total bet. There is no tiered menu here, unlike the three-rung buys on the studio’s expanding-Wild fruit machines or the three separate routes in the Coin Boost range. Amusnet does not state whether the buy returns the same 96.41% as the base game.
- 96.41% is among the best returns Amusnet has published on the games reviewed here — around ninth of the fifty-plus measured, and well clear of the studio’s 96.04% median.
- The bonus is documented properly: trigger, spin counts, collect rule, retrigger rule and the full multiplier ladder are all stated, which is rare for this studio.
- A four-rung multiplier ladder topping at 16×, a step beyond the three-rung, 10× ceiling of the format it borrows from.
- Mystery Collect gives the base game a purpose, which the games this mechanic comes from do not have — collecting there happens only inside the bonus.
- 100 fixed lines on a 5×4 grid make a far denser base game than the ten-line originals of the fisherman format.
- A single published RTP, with no operator-selectable ladder listed beside it.
- Amusnet publishes no volatility rating for this game, although it rated the title it released on the same day and rates nearly everything else it ships.
- No maximum win is published by Amusnet, and no database carries one; the Golden Fish values are described as random with no cap stated.
- The fish values are not published at all, so the one number that decides what a collect is worth is invisible outside the game.
- Sixteen Wilds is a long way to the top multiplier — four retriggers inside a single round, where the format it copies tops out after three.
- The mechanic is not original, and the review of it has to say so: the trigger, spin counts and retrigger rule are lifted from a six-year-old template.
- No third-party coverage exists yet, so every figure here rests on the studio’s own publications.
How 100 Golden Bass compares
Against the game whose structure it borrows, Amusnet’s own collect titles, and the 100-line stablemate it shares a grid with.
| Game | RTP | Volatility | Top pay | Paylines |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 Golden Bass | 96.41% | Not published | Not published | 100 fixed |
| Big Bass Bonanza | 96.71% | Medium to medium-high | 2,100× total bet | 10 fixed |
| 40 Vampire Beast Triple Boost Golden Coins Link | 96.48% | Medium-high (4/5) | Not published | 40 |
| 100 Glossy Hot Coin Boost | 96.13% | Medium (3/5) | Not published | 100 fixed |
| 10 Lucky Wilds Hot | 96.25% | Low (2/5) | Not published | 10 fixed |
Two readings come out of that table. Against the template, Amusnet gives back three tenths of a point less than Big Bass Bonanza and publishes no ceiling where Pragmatic publishes 2,100× the total bet — so the borrowed version is both slightly worse on return and considerably less documented at the top end. Against its own studio, though, it is near the front: only the Golden Coins Link title beats it among Amusnet’s collect games, and it is almost three tenths clear of the Coin Boost game it shares a 100-line, four-position grid with. The last row is the same-day sibling, and the contrast is the point — Amusnet rated that one and left this one blank.
100 Golden Bass RTP, volatility and max win
96.41% is Amusnet’s own published figure, listed as a single number with no operator-selectable ladder beside it, and SlotCatalog carries the same figure independently. In the context of this studio it is a strong result: the Amusnet games reviewed here have a median of 96.04% and a mean of 95.97%, so this sits close to four tenths of a point above the middle and ranks around ninth of the fifty-plus titles measured. Only a handful of Amusnet games on this site return more — Amoosenet Run at 97.00%, Action Money at 96.94%, Pot o’Pumpkins at 96.53%, the Golden Coins Link title at 96.48% and a couple of the Hot classics at 96.45%. Against the format it borrows from, it is behind: Big Bass Bonanza returns 96.71%, and most of the Big Bass range sits between 96.5% and 96.71%. The volatility is the real gap on this page, and it deserves to be named rather than filled in. Amusnet publishes a rating for nearly everything in its catalogue, on a one-to-five scale, and that consistency is one of the more useful things about the studio — most publishers leave the label entirely to third parties. Here there is nothing. The same studio rated 10 Lucky Wilds Hot 2 out of 5 and shipped it the same day, which makes the blank look like an omission rather than a policy. No third-party rating exists to fall back on either, because the game is days old and has no review coverage. So no number is stated on this page. What can be said from the structure is limited but honest: a collect round whose value depends on Wild timing, with a multiplier that only reaches its top after sixteen Wilds in one feature, is a design that can concentrate value heavily when it runs — and the games built on this template are generally rated high. That is a reasoned expectation, not a published figure, and it is not the same thing. The maximum win is missing too. Amusnet publishes none, SlotCatalog lists it as not available, and the Golden Fish are described as carrying random values with no cap attached. The in-game paytable is the only place a ceiling for this game could be stated.
Bets, bankroll and session planning
SlotCatalog lists a bet range of 1 to 100 in the listed currency unit; Amusnet itself publishes no range on the game page, so treat that as an aggregator figure rather than a studio one. What Amusnet does publish is the Buy Bonus price — 80× the total bet — which scales with whatever stake is set rather than being a fixed cash amount.
Playing on mobile
Amusnet lists the game for desktop and mobile, and the demo above runs in a phone browser with no app and no download. One hundred lines across four positions is a dense screen, and the collect round adds a progression bar and a multiplier readout on top of it, so this is one of the studio’s busier layouts on a small display.
Five things to know before you spin
- Golden Fish pay nothing on their own. They sit inert until a Wild lands and collects them, so a screen full of fish is worth nothing until one arrives.
- The multiplier is counted in Wilds, not spins. Every fourth Wild steps it up, so 2×, 4×, 8× and 16× need four, eight, twelve and sixteen Wilds inside one round.
- Sixteen Wilds is the real ask. Treat the 16× as the far end of the ladder rather than a realistic target — the format this copies tops out one rung earlier.
- Mystery Collect can fire on any base spin. There is no scatter count building toward it, so there is nothing to watch for and nothing to chase.
- The 80× buy has no stated return. Amusnet publishes one RTP for the game and says nothing about whether the bought round shares it.
- No volatility rating exists for this game. Any number you see quoted elsewhere is someone’s inference, not Amusnet’s.

Who this slot is for
For players who like the fisherman-collect round and want it on a much denser grid than the ten-line originals, with a base game that can collect on its own. The return is good by Amusnet’s standards. Anyone who needs a published volatility rating or a stated ceiling before playing should wait, because neither exists for this title yet.

Our verdict on 100 Golden Bass
A borrowed round, built bigger — and the one number Amusnet forgot to publish
There is no point being coy about what this is. The Free Spins round in 100 Golden Bass follows the same rules Pragmatic Play has published for Big Bass Bonanza since 2020: three, four or five symbols for ten, fifteen or twenty spins, Wilds that sweep up the cash values sitting on the fish, and a retrigger every fourth Wild that adds ten spins and raises a multiplier. That template has been copied across the industry for six years and this site holds seventeen reviews of games descended from it, so another one is not news in itself. What makes this version worth playing is the scale Amusnet has built around the borrowed part. One hundred fixed lines on a four-position grid is ten times the base game the format was designed for. The Mystery Collect is a real addition rather than a reskin — a collecting Wild can arrive during ordinary play, which the original never allows. And the multiplier ladder gains a fourth rung and a cleaner shape, doubling through 2×, 4×, 8× and 16× where the template picks 2×, 3× and 10× and stops. The trade is that the top rung is four Wilds further away. On return it does well by its own studio and less well by the company it has chosen to keep: 96.41% puts it around ninth of the fifty-plus Amusnet games measured here, nearly four tenths above the studio median, but three tenths behind the game it is modelled on. The documentation is better than Amusnet usually manages — the whole bonus is on the record, including the progression bar and every multiplier step — which makes the one real omission stand out all the more. There is no volatility rating. This is a studio that publishes one for nearly everything, that published a 2 out of 5 for the game it released on the very same day, and that has simply left this field blank. On a collect game whose entire character depends on how violently the round can swing, that is the single number a player would most want, and nobody — studio or database — is currently supplying it.
