Bubble Wild slot at a glance
How the game plays
Bubble Wild is a five-reel, three-row slot with ten fixed paylines paying left to right, and the base game is as plain as slots get in 2026: purple, green and orange sevens, triple, double and single bars, a rubber duck, grapes, watermelon, cherries and a lemon. That is the whole symbol set.
Two symbols do anything. Bubble Wild substitutes for every paying icon on any reel and is also the top line symbol in its own right. Bubble Pop does not pay on a line at all — it exists to be counted.
The feature, and there is only one, works like this. Land six or more bubble symbols anywhere on the reels and the Bubble Bonus pays an instant cash award. Every additional bubble raises the award through a fixed ladder, and the ladder is steep at the top: six bubbles pay 1×, ten pay 50×, twelve pay 500×, and fifteen pay 5,000×.
Above that sits a separate and much larger outcome. Filling all fifteen positions with Bubble Wild symbols specifically — not mixed bubbles — awards the grand at 25,000×. The distinction between those two fifteen-symbol results is the most important thing on this paytable and the easiest thing to miss: same count, different symbol, five times the award.
There is nothing else. No free spins, no respins, no wilds that expand, no multiplier, no gamble, no wheel, no ante bet and no bonus buy. BigWinBoard recorded a hit landing roughly once in every four spins and scored the game 3 out of 10, describing it as a portfolio filler rather than a flagship. That is a defensible reading, and this review does not score it far above.
The story behind the game
Pragmatic Play spent 2026 shipping sequels with bigger numbers on them and three-pot respin games with three modifiers each. Bubble Wild is the opposite instinct: strip a slot back to a paytable, one collection award and nothing else.
There is precedent inside the studio. Gates of Olympus POP reduced the flagship series to a three-reel board, and Bubble Up! in August 2026 worked a similar seam. Both still kept a bonus round. This one does not, and that makes it the most minimal thing Pragmatic has released in a long time.
It is also the least documented. SlotCatalog dates the release to 1 August 2026 and BigWinBoard published its review on the same day, but pragmaticplay.com has no page for the game — the games URL returns a 404 while gates-of-olympus-2500, freya-1000, coven-rising and eternal-diamonds all resolve. BigWinBoard describes it as an exclusive release, which would explain the absence: an operator-exclusive title does not always appear in a studio’s public catalogue. SlotCatalog additionally records a “wide release” of June 2022, which cannot be right for a game nobody reviewed until 2026 and which we treat as a data artefact rather than a fact.
The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: on this game there is no studio page to check a number against. We have said which database each figure comes from, and where they disagree we have said that too.
Symbols and paytable
SlotCatalog publishes the full paytable and it is reproduced below. One caveat, and it is an important one: the source lists these values as “x200 bet”, “x100 bet” and so on without stating whether the multiplier applies to the line bet or the total bet. On a ten-line game that is a factor of ten. With no studio page to settle it, the in-game information screen is the only authority — open it in the demo above before you read anything into the size of these numbers.

What is not here: free spins, respins, a multiplier, a gamble, a wheel, an ante bet, a bonus buy or a jackpot pool. The ladder is the game. The bet range is 0.10 to 50 a spin per BigWinBoard — a fifth of the ceiling every other Pragmatic release this month allows — and the build is 31.8 MB per SlotCatalog, the smallest we have measured from this studio.

SlotCatalog and BigWinBoard both record a single figure of 96.50% with no alternative builds, where every other Pragmatic release this month is certified at three levels. That may mean there is only one build; it may mean nobody has catalogued the others. Check the information screen.

- The databases record a single 96.50% RTP with no lower certified builds listed, which if accurate removes the two-point uncertainty attached to every other game in this slate.
- No page on pragmaticplay.com. Every number here comes from a database, with no primary source to check it against — the only game in this month’s slate where that is true.
- The volatility rating is contradicted three ways: SlotCatalog says medium-high, BigWinBoard’s data panel says high, and BigWinBoard’s own review text says medium.
- The published paytable does not state whether its multipliers apply to the line bet or the total bet, and on ten lines that is a tenfold difference.
- Maximum bet of 50 against 240 for every other Pragmatic release this month, so the same 25,000× headline is worth about a fifth as much in money.
- No bonus round at all. BigWinBoard scored it 3 out of 10 and called it a portfolio filler, and after the first twenty spins it is hard to argue that every spin is not the same spin.
How Bubble Wild compares
A maximum win multiplier only means something alongside the stake it multiplies. The last column below is arithmetic on two published figures — the maximum bet and the maximum win — not a claim about what anyone has won:

Two things fall out of this table. First, the 25,000× that Bubble Wild shares with Gates of Olympus 2500 is worth a fifth as much, because the bet it multiplies is capped at 50 rather than 240. Second, and more usefully: Coven Rising’s much-derided 5,000× ceiling produces almost exactly the same largest-possible win as Bubble Wild’s 25,000× — 1,200,000 against 1,250,000 — and BigWinBoard prices Coven Rising’s at 1 in 1,024,194 spins.
A ceiling multiplier read without the bet cap next to it is not information. On this table the two games with the largest headline numbers are the two whose headlines mean the least.
Bubble Wild RTP, volatility and max win
SlotCatalog and BigWinBoard both record 96.50%. Pragmatic Play does not publish a page for this game — pragmaticplay.com/en/games/bubble-wild/ returns a 404 while the studio’s four other September 2026 releases all resolve — so unlike every other review on this site in this batch, there is no studio figure to set against the databases.
That absence cuts both ways and we are not going to pretend otherwise. BigWinBoard calls it an exclusive release, and an operator-exclusive title routinely stays off a studio’s public catalogue; the missing page is not evidence of anything wrong with the game. But it does mean the only primary source available to you is the information screen inside the game at your casino, and on this title that screen is doing more work than usual.
An unusual absence. Neither database lists alternative certified builds for Bubble Wild. Gates of Olympus 2500, Freya 1000, Coven Rising and Eternal Diamonds are all catalogued at three RTP levels apiece; this one is catalogued at one. If that is accurate it is a genuine advantage — it removes the two-point uncertainty that hangs over the rest of the slate. Volatility, contradicted three ways. SlotCatalog files the game as medium-high. BigWinBoard’s data panel says high. BigWinBoard’s own review text, on the same page as its panel, says the game “combines medium volatility with a respectable 96.50% RTP”. No two sources agree and the studio is silent, so we have taken the middle reading and flagged the disagreement rather than picked the flattering one.
The maths makes the higher readings more plausible. SlotCatalog records a hit frequency of 25% — a win once in four spins, the lowest of this month’s slate — and the Bubble Bonus ladder is almost worthless until its top four rungs, with six bubbles paying 1× and twelve paying 500×. A distribution where the feature is common but nearly always trivial, and occasionally enormous, is not a medium-volatility distribution.
Maximum win. 25,000× the bet for fifteen Bubble Wild symbols, per both databases. Neither publishes a probability for it, so we cannot tell you how far away it is — and on a fifteen-position grid requiring one specific symbol in every position, the honest answer is a very long way. At the maximum bet of 50 it is 1,250,000, which will exceed the single-win cap in most operator terms.

The bet range is 0.10 to 50 a spin per BigWinBoard. That cap is the most consequential number on this page and the one most likely to be overlooked: every other Pragmatic release this month runs to 240, so the same multiplier here buys about a fifth as much.

Admirably small, deliberately empty, and the least documented game of the month
There is a real argument for a slot like this. It is 31.8 MB against Gates of Olympus 2500’s 190, it has no ante bet and no bonus buy trying to raise your stake, the board is legible on any phone, and the rules fit in one sentence. On a catalogue where the same studio is shipping five symbol levels and four stacking modifiers, a game you can simply play has a place. The problem is that once you have played it for twenty spins you have seen everything it will ever do — there is no bonus round, and a ladder paying 1× for six bubbles and 8× for eight is not a feature so much as a slow accounting of near-misses. What holds the score down further is the documentation.
